Therapy in Nature
The practice of psychotherapy or counselling traditionally takes place in a room with client and therapist sitting comfortably in chairs. Therapy in Nature takes the therapy room outdoors.
We walk, talk, keep silence, observe, and reflect on the elements (sometimes around a fire) and synchronicities in nature.
Therapy in the outdoors, allows the natural world to facilitate healing, safely supported by the Therapeutic relationship.
“I felt hugely supported in the woods and with Marie-Helene.
It was as though the trees were all encouraging me to take a big leap in healing”. Paul

“The exterior landscape and its creatures are an inseparable part of the interior landscape”.
